3. Check the R.Z drive board card of the LED pick and place machine and clean it. You can choose to replace it with a new driver board card directly, which saves the need to troubleshoot the R.Z driver board card.

4. Check the relevant cards of the LED pick and place machine computer, and perform cleaning operations to gradually eliminate their failure.
