Four Forms of Common Feeder

1. Tape and Reel Feeder

Multi-layer pallet feeder material has multi-layer automatic transmission tray, small space, compact structure, suitable for more pallet material, tray components are all kinds of IC integrated circuit components.

3. Pipe feeders

The Pipe feeders usually use vibration feeders to ensure that the components in the pipe continue to enter the drawing position of the sticker head. Generally, PLCC and SOIC are fed in this way.Pipe feeder has the characteristics of good pin protection, poor stability and standardization, and low production efficiency.

4. Feeder bulk

Feeder bulk, also known as vibrating feeding device material, the way it works is the components freely into molding plastic box or bag, by vibrating feeder or components in turn into the SMT machine feeding tube, this way is usually used in MELF and small semiconductor components, shape is only applicable to nonpolar rectangular and cylindrical components, and does not apply to polar components.
