2. The compressed air drying and filtering device is complete and intact;

3. The vacuum degree of the SMT mounter machine head is not less than 500mmHg. The placement accuracy is the maximum deviation between the center of the component and the center line of the corresponding pad, which does not exceed 1/3 of the width of the component solder foot (visual inspection); or the occurrence rate of abnormal deviation is not more than three thousandths.

The SMT mounter machine an intact appearance, accurate instructions, eye-catching readings, and is within the qualified period of use; the inside and outside of the equipment are regularly maintained, kept clean, free of oil and corrosion, the surrounding accessories are arranged in an orderly manner, and the equipment is well lubricated.
